Plant-Based Protein Smoothie with Sea Moss Recipe


  • 2 Tablespoon Murray Holistic Original Gold Sea Moss Gel 
  • 1 Ripe Banana 
  • 4-6 Fresh Strawberries 
  • 2 Scoops Murray Holistic Plant-Based Protein Powder 
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk or any other Plant-Based milk


  1. Cut the banana and strawberries into small pieces and put them in the blender. 
  2. Add Sea moss gel, plant-based protein powder, almond milk to the blender. 
  3. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy. 
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or consistency by adding more almond milk, natural sweetener or water if necessary. 
  5. Pour Sea Moss Smoothie into a glass and enjoy.
